All meals and loaves ordered through our site are delivered fresh and raw proteins are delivered frozen.
All orders will receive one or two Ice Packs per box, to keep products cold.
All Adelaide Hill area orders and subscriptions are delivered on a Wednesday. While the remainder of Adelaide Metro Area orders and subscriptions are delivered on Thursdays.
We ensure that all boxes are placed in a safe, hidden and shaded area.

We have a range of our products available for home delivery to select Metro SA. All Fresh Protein Ordered through our site will be delivered frozen.
